When I realized the importance of healing work on my inner child, my world changed. Suprisingly, it wasn’t very early on in my spiritual awakening journey either. I felt the urge to speak with my higher self, I was doing gratitude practices, I was researching kundalini awakening exercises, I was saying affirmations, but I still was being taunted by the same pattern of beliefs and situations that would constantly repeat.
